We were raised by a coffee farmer and spent our youth at the farms playing and learning to work. Our father taught us to do business honestly and to treat everyone with respect. Humberto Pena
Humberto, our CEO and Master Roaster, combines his strong academic background in Business Administration, International Business, and Communication with specialized training from the Specialty Coffee Association and El Salvador. As an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, he ensures each roast embodies quality and passion. He is married and father of a girl with another baby girl on the way.

Ana Lundell
Ana, with a Law degree from the Dominican Republic and further studies in International Business and Business Administration, brings exceptional leadership and resilience. A single mother of two, she exemplifies commitment to growth and excellence.

Natalia Nuttall
Natalia, the youngest of four siblings, holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. As a mother of two boys and an expert in organizing events and demos, she ensures our company’s activities are both impactful and memorable. Natalia’s husband, Jared, a Utah native, is an essential part of the team.

Certified Organic
The USDA has developed and enforces the National Organic Program ("NOP") to provide national standards for organically-produced agricultural products sold in the United States.
The NOP is a public-private partnership: the USDA accredits certifying bodies like the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) to review producers and to enforce the national standards.
The goal is to ensure a level playing-field for producers and to protect consumer confidence in the integrity of the USDA Organic Seal.

Utah's Own is a state of Utah program sponsored by the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF). This program is focused on promoting Utah-grown and Utah-manufactured.
While our family grew up in the Dominican Republic, P&P Coffee, the parent company for Café Don Jorge was born in Ogden, Utah and we are very proud of our Utah roots while remembering our legacy and we feel very grateful for the support of our community and the love they show to our brand.
