What grind size should I choose for my brewing method (drip, espresso, French press, etc.)?
Drip: We suggest a coarser grind to better extract the flavors and notes of the coffee without allowing it to pass through any filter that may be used.
French Press: We suggest a medium grind size since the process is slow and steady. We want to let the machine make its process, but at the same time gives the coffee grinds time to do their magic realising their flavors and notes and helps avoid flowing over to the metal mesh filter.
Espresso: We suggest a fine grind which will allow your espresso machine to extract all the flavors to its max and get the perfect crema.
Note: We grind our coffees for French press and our Espresso Blend comes ready for Espresso machines; however you could make a special request for any other coffee blend to be ground for Drip, French Press or Espresso for a fee.

Currently, we offer ground coffee from our variety of profiles. We do offer whole beans in 5 lbs coffee bags of whole bean coffee for a fee, the order will be sent to the roasting log when it is paid for.

No, we work with certified organic coffee and non organic coffee.
We make sure to request organic certification from all our suppliers to make sure we are providing the best quality. Also, we follow all the strict requirements that are needed to maintain the high standards of the USDA and UDAF organizations.
How should I store my coffee beans after I receive them?
How should I store my coffee beans after I receive them?
The best way to store your coffee will be in an airtight container to keep its freshness and flavor intact, as long as the coffee will be consumed within 2-3 weeks, if it will take longer than that, we recommend in an airtight container in the freezer to prevent the natural oils of the coffee damage the flavor.

Yes. However, we understand that coffee is something that will be different for everyone but we have basic tips that will help to get to your own perfect cup.
Some of our tips are:
- Use filtered/bottled water; no tap water
- Start with room temperature water
- Coffee grounds need to be at room temperature as well
- Consume right after it is brewed.
- Never let the coffee sit after it is brewed for too long as it could burn the natural coffee oils.

There is no way you can go wrong with our coffee blends but we can recommend our line of dark roast coffee for your espresso based drinks and our medium and light roasts for your drip coffee.

The best way to maximize the flavor and freshness of your coffee is to save it in an airtight container in a dry place, as long as the coffee will be consumed within 2-3 weeks, if it will take longer than that, we recommend in an airtight container in the freezer to prevent the natural oils of the coffee damage the flavor.

We provide a tracking number after your order has been shipped that you can find your email address provided at the moment your order is shipped and the carrier transporting your order.

Contact us immediately through order@pandpcoffee.com for for us to take care of it, please have on hand, pictures of how it arrived to be able to determine what carrier was used/how order arrived, order number on hand.

We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 15-20 business days to process. The Refund process starts once we receive the items and you have been properly notified of such.
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused and in sell-able condition, with all packaging intact, instructions included, and packaged the same as they were received. Items received without all packaging (including plastic wrap and shrink wrap) will not be eligible for a refund.

Yes. We use 100% Arabica coffee; no fillers of any kind.
